You gripped China's shirt tightly as you stood in front of the Japanese house.
" Are you sure you'll be back?" You asked him, looking into his chocolate brown eyes with you sparkling (eye color) eyes.
" Of course, aru. I'll be back in a few hours, I have to go to a meeting with my boss and allies. You'll be okay, aru. Japan is a polite man." Your dad, China, replied.
" Okay Bà. [Daddy I'M USING GOOGLE TRANSLATE, FREE COUNTRY]" You said. You were actually nervous. You never saw other countries because you were still too young to go to meetings. (You were 6) You met S.Korea and some other countries, but you grew up with them. Japan never came to visit China or you, because China had a small rivalry with him.
Before you knew it, China knocked on the door. You held his shirt tightly and hid behind him for protection.
" Konnichiwa, China-san." You heard a voice say. You moved your head out of China's way and saw a man with black-hair and a blue kimono with a brown jacket on.
Bon ga kita-tote, Nani ureshi-karo
Katabira wa nashi, Obi wa nashi
Kono ko you naku, Mori wo ba ijiru
Mori mo ichi-nichi, Yaseru-yara

You were snoring lightly once he was finished with the lullaby. Japan smiled slightly at your sleeping form. Your bird rested in your hair, disappearing in the (hair color) ocean of hair.
" Oyasuminasai, [Good night,] _____." Japan said silently, kissing your forehead. China popped his head out of the door and saw the two of them. He silently squealed to himself and cleared his throat. Japan turned his head around and blushed a little. China smiled and walked over to him.
" Did ____ have a good time?" China whispered.
" Hai, I think so. I helped her learn how to cook and she fed the birds. One of the birds is attracted to ____, so she is keeping it." Japan pointed to the bird in your hair. China chuckled. Suddenly, you woke up.
" Bà...?" You whispered. China nodded as you sat up.
" I have a new bird, Bà! What should we name it?" You asked as you held the bird in your hands.
" I want to call it Rìbird! (Part of Rìběn, Japan in Chinese GOOGLE TRANSLATE)" You smiled. Japan blushed a little.
I think you and Prussia would get along very well.....

" Don't be shy, aru. He's not mean." China kneeled down on one knee and ruffled your hair.
" You'll be safe in his house. RIGHT?" China asked, looking at Japan.
" Of course! Of course!" Japan said,holding his hands up in defense.
" GOOD. I have to go ____, be nice." China said, pushing you gently into his house.
" Okay...Zàijiàn, bàba. Wǒ ài nǐ. [Goodbye, Daddy. I love you]" You said. China smiled.
" Zàijiàn ____ , wǒ yě ài nǐ. Shì ānquán de, hǎo ma? [Bye ____, I love you too. Be safe, okay?]" China asked. You nodded. China then turned around to leave, but not before he turned his head and waved at you one more time. You waved back a little, then Japan closed the door.
" ____, is there anything in particular you want to do?" Japan asked.
" Bà likes to cook for me, but I never get to cook for him. Can I learn how to cook?" You asked. Japan looked surprised at first, then nodded.
" China taught me how to cook about your age. It's good to start young, then you get used to it when you're older." Japan said. You held his hand and he lead you to the kitchen.

Japan taught you how to cook many things. They were Japanese, but you were sure China would like them. When you and Japan were cleaning up, it was 6:38. (I smashed random numbers together, OKAY??)
" Bà said he wasn't going to come until night.." You said to yourself. Japan overheard your sigh and he had an idea.
" ___, would you like to go outside and feed the birds?" Japan asked. You turned your head around and your eyes glittered with sparkles.
" Dāngrán! [Of course!]" You said, taking your apron off and put it on the table. Japan chuckled to yourself at your cuteness. You grabbed his hand and jumped excitedly. Japan blushed for a moment then led you outside to his backyard. You gasped at the scenery.
Cherry Blossom trees surrounded the backyard, but didn't cover the view of the river that was flowing through the side of the house. There was a small pond on the right side of the yard while the river flowed calmly on the left. There were birds walking in the grass and some in the trees.
Japan went inside the house for a minute and told you to wait outside. You sat on the edge of the platform thing and swung your legs. You watched as the fish swam in the river swiftly and the birds hopping about by the pond.
" I have some bread crumbs for the birds." You heard Japan say behind you. He sat next to you and gave you a bag. You thanked him and stood up on the grass, near the birds. You took a couple of crumbs in your hand and sprinkled them on the floor. Some of the birds hopped over to the crumbs and ate them. They chirped happily at you. You giggled as more joined for the meal.
Soon, all the birds came over as you sprinkled more crumbs onto the floor. One of the birds, which was brown and white, flew up to you and sat on your head. You giggled as Japan smiled. You walked up to Japan as you set the empty bag of crumbs next to him.
" Mr. Japan, may I keep this bird?" You asked, pointing to the bird. Japan smiled and nodded.
" I know Prussia-san has a yellow bird for a pet, maybe you should meet him for tips." Japan said. You squealed and put the bird in your hands. You nuzzled the bird on your cheek and giggled. You then yawned and your bird rested into your hair. You sat next to Japan and enjoyed the silence. You laid your head on Japan's lap and closed your eyes. Japan chuckled and stroked your head.
" Japan, can you sing me a lullaby?" You asked. Japan thought for a minute, then nodded.
" Mori mo iyagaru, Bon kara saki-nya
Yuki mo chiratsuku-shi, Ko mo naku-shi" Don't be shy, aru. He's not mean." China kneeled down on one knee and ruffled your hair.
